Grand Old Parr

This Grand Old Parr bottle had been in the family household for as long as I can remember. I really thought it was a beautiful bottle that's worthy to be kept. For a while it had been used as a flower vase, at time as a vinegar receptacle thus explains the tattered and decrepit label. Nonetheless I find this as a real keepsake. It reminds me the early time when the collecting bug is slowly creeping up on me or of the time when I knew I have the knack for queer and eccentric interior decorating skills and our house is the guinea pig for the juvenile creativity propping up.
I've often wondered how this particular wine tasted for I never knew. No vivid memory from my childhood where my curiosity got me to actually taste alcoholic beverages.
